Transalpina opening times in 2024

There is no clear date, officially announced for the opening of Transalpina. Do not forget that it is the highest road in Romania, after Transfagarasan, reaching up to 2145 m in Urdele Pass. So basically, Transalpina will open when the snow melts here. However, given what has happened in recent years, it is possible that Transalpina will open in early June 2024.
