If you visited Romania at least one time, for sure you tried mamaliga or polenta as it’s called in English.
It’s so easy to make, you need just 3 ingredients:

1 l water,

1/4 kg cornmeal (Romanian “malai”),

1 teaspoon of salt
Let’s see the Romanian mamaliga recipe:

Pour 1 liter of water into a pan and wait until it’s boiling;

Add salt into the water;
-
Pour slowly the corn flor into the water and stir continually with a whisk every 3 minutes for about 15 minutes at low temperature on the stove.
